-Payment: Payment will be upfront or a deposit before beginning work on the commission. The remaining balance will be due upon completion.-Communication: I will send you updates, when I start, sketches, and others, you can ask for changes as much as you want! Once the sketch is approved, the commission will be locked and you won't get a refund!-Timelines: The commission will take around 1 to 2 months to complete (I try to not take too many at the same time, to be even faster and ensure the quality of work)-Revisions: Additional revisions may be subject to an additional fee.-Copyright and Usage: The artist will retain the copyright of the commissioned work (so you must credit and not remove the watermark for public uses) unless otherwise agreed upon. The client will receive a license to use the work for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any commercial use will require a separate agreement and compensation.-Refunds: As said before, I may offer a refund in certain circumstances, such as if I'm unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances. However, refunds will not be offered due to changes in the client's preferences after work has begun!-My level isn't the same on every subject so you must know results may vary depending on the complexity of the subject! (for example, I'm more comfortable with female characters than male characters!)
